FIDO Puts Forward Biometric Security

The Fast Identity Online Alliance (FIDO) has recommended the use of biometric data as an additional security measure, the Paypers reports. The alliance is formed by Nok Nok Labs, Validity Sensors, PayPal, Infieon technologies and Agnito, who hope to replace password with trustworthier authentication methods.
