In the UK, customers have rated credit cards for leading high street banks less favourably than retail groups’. Brands like John Lewis, Tesco, M&S, Co-op and Sainsbury’s are providing better service than many banks, and have been honoured in uSwitch.com's 'Top 10 Credit Cards of the Year' list. uSwitch did not give out a single award to a high street bank.
