College-Payment Processor Higher One Seeks Buyer

Higher One Holdings Inc. is in search of a buyer, Bloomberg Businessweek reports.
The college-payment processing company had a market capitalization above $600 million yesterday, Bloomberg’s Zachary R. Mider and Jason Kelly say, and is working with Goldman Sachs to identify prospective buyers.
