iZettle Goes to Android, But Visa Europe Issues Persist

iZettle, the “Square for Europe” mobile payment solution provider that has backing from MasterCard, has released a version of its software for Android devices, TechCrunch reports.

However, the startup’s issues with Visa Europe are still unresolved, the report says. Last month, Visa Europe revoked support of iZettle in Denmark, Finland and Norway because the mobile payment acceptance tool authorizes payments using a signature instead of a PIN.
