NCR Acquires Retalix For $650 Million

NCR Corporation has announced that it will acquire Retalix for around $30 per share in cash, totaling around $650 million.
The deal, which was originally rumored to be for around $800 million, is expected to close in Q1 2013, reports TechCrunch.
