Facebook Adjusts Ad Strategy to Settle Suit, Could Cost $103M

Facebook will give its users more control over how their personal information is used in its “Sponsored Stories” advertising products, Reuters reports.
A group of five Facebook users had been seeking class certification for their case prior to settling with Facebook on Wednesday. An economist for the plaintiffs said the changes could cost Facebook $103 million in revenues, the report says.
