First National Bank of South Africa Brings Banking to Facebook

Accountholders at First National Bank of South Africa can access their financial information through Facebook, Finextra says.

Users of the bank’s mobile application can connect their Cellphone Banking account to Facebook using their login credentials. Then, those users can access the “FNB Banking on Facebook” application from within Facebook, to check balances and purchase certain prepaid products, the report says.
