Google Buys Channel Intelligence For $125 Million

Google has purchased eCommerce servicer Channel Intelligence for a $125 million cash deal, according to TechCrunch.

CI works with more than 850 retailers in 31 countries, including big names such as Best Buy and Target, and has been a partner of Google Shopping for several years. The company drives around $2 billion in sales on a yearly basis.
