Amazon Tops Customer Satisfaction List, Holiday Order Record

Amazon has finished in first place in the ForeSee annual holiday online shopping customer satisfaction report for the eight year in a row, according to TechCrunch.

To coincide with the announcement, the eCommerce giant also announced that 2012 was its biggest holiday season ever, with over 26.5 million items sold at a stunning clip of 306 items per second.
