Google Shopping Exec: We Have No Plans To Become A Retailer

Google’s Vice President of Shopping, Sameer Samat, said in an interview with All Things D that his company isn’t “planning on being a retailer.”
Samat also said that Google’s acquisition of BufferBox is about helping other retailers compete, not shifting Google toward the retail realm.
