NRF To Congress: Fix Fiscal Cliff By Black Friday

The National Retail Federation (NRF) has sent an open letter to President Obama and Congress imploring them to find a solution to the “fiscal cliff” before Black Friday.
The NRF has argued that many retailers make around a quarter of their yearly revenue during the holiday season, and that pushing for a December 31 resolution will harm the industry.
