Optimal Payments and MasterCard have announced a five-year deal that will help grow the Net + Prepaid MasterCard program in Europe, reports Finextra.

Optimal Payments has also reached a processing agreement with Vantiv to offer an online payments solution in the U.S., as The Paypers notes.
