eBay Sued By U.S. Over Intuit Agreement

Online auction giant eBay has announced that it will fight a Department of Justice lawsuit alleging an illegal recruiting agreement it signed with competitor Intuit, reports The Wall Street Journal.
"EBay's hiring practices conform to the standards that the Department of Justice has approved in resolving cases against other companies," the company stated. "EBay will vigorously defend itself."
