Two-Thirds of All Dodd-Frank Deadlines Have Been Missed

As of June 1, 221 rulemaking requirement deadlines were missed by regulators according to Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, which tracks the law’s progress monthly.

On Wednesday, Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner asked financial institutions to provide him with specific explanations as to how Dodd-Frank is imposing significant a regulatory burden on their businesses, Bloomberg said.
