Study: Americans Find Government, Financial Sectors Untrustworthy

Americans have the least trust in the government and financial and banking industries across all industries in the country, according to a recent survey.

The 2013 Edelman Trust Barometer registered only 46 percent of Americans claiming they trusted the financial services industry, while just 41 percent said they trust banks. Those numbers have increased since 2011, however, when only 25 percent of Americans said they trusted the two industries, notes BankCreditNews.com.
