MasterCard Takes On Tourism, Initiates New Campaign for Beijing

MasterCard will develop premium tourism products to help Beijing promote itself to world travelers, the company has announced.

The two parties signed a memorandum of understanding to kick off a new campaign called, “Priceless Beijing — the People’s Choice.”

“As part of the MOU, MasterCard and BMCTD will integrate selected premium tourism products… into Priceless Beijing and explore collaborative opportunities with top merchants and stakeholders in Beijing to further enhance the program,” an announcement explains regarding the potential impact from MasterCard’s payments expertise.
