HSBC Says Virtual Currencies Will Soon Become Mainstream

HSBC expects virtual currencies to become a popular form of exchange in the near future, according to the Financial Review.
“We have a planning assumption that virtual currencies will become mainstream in three to five years,” said Andrew Davis, HSBC’s global head of e-channels strategy and innovation.
