Mobile Banking Penetration in U.S. at 20%, Fed Estimates

One of every five Americans use a mobile device to access banking services, according to a new study commissioned by the Federal Reserve Board.

Another 20 percent of Americans say they expect to use mobile banking in the future, an official release explains.
