Barclays Taking Pingit International, Including ‘Send To Kenya’ Option

Barclays is expanding the reach of its mobile money platform, Pingit, to include consumers across the globe, Finextra says.

The app’s newest version will also include a link that lets UK residents send money to accountholders in Kenya — a feature that could rapidly gain popularity, considering the amount of money that flows from the UK into the African nation.
