Performance Marketing Brands Puts Pushpins In Its Cart

Performance Marketing Brands has purchased mobile grocery shopping app Pushpins for $10-15 million, according to TechCrunch.

Pushpins sends digital coupons to users when they scan barcodes at grocery stores and can also automatically apply savings to store savings cards.

Performance Marketing Brands was created by Ebates in 2011 and has acquired several companies as of late, such as FatWallet, AnyCoupons and OneReceipt.
