Report: Tablet Users Spend More Than Smartphone Counterparts

Tablet users make larger purchases through their devices than smartphone owners do through theirs, according to a new ABI Research report.

Twenty-two percent of tablet users spent $50 or more per month and 9 percent spent $100 or more, notes Mobile Commerce Daily. ABI Research noted that they expect 1 billion tablets to be shipped over the next five years.
