Discover Announces 2015 For U.S. EMV Liability Shift Deadline

Discover has announced October 1, 2015 for it’s Fraud Liability Shift deadline for its Discover Network and PULSE at point of sale terminals in the U.S. 

Starting October 1, 2013, Discover will grant annual PCI audit waivers for merchants processing 75 percent of Discover Network transactions through terminals that support both contact and contactless payments.
