Orange Money Reaches 4M Customers in Africa, Middle East

Orange Money, a mobile money service based in Africa and the Middle East, has reached four million customers, according to Mobile Money Africa.

The company hopes to soon operate in 22 countries, and recently launched in Jordan and Mauritius, the report says. Through eighteen months the company estimates it has reached 14 percent of consumers in the ten countries it currently serves.
