One Credit Union's New Plan to Reach Underbanked: Kiosks

Centris Federal Credit Union in Omaha, Neb., says it will deploy kiosks to attract business from underbanked consumers.

"We can stay open longer and be in more locations, so that people can perform financial transactions on their own time and not on our time. And we can also provide service in their own language," said Vice President Laura Castro de Cortes in an interview with American Banker.
