  • JV between Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T

    •  

  • Will use mobile phones + NFC technology to enable consumers to use their phones to pay for goods in stores

    •  

  • Launch expected in the next 18 months

    •  

  • Transactions will run on the Discover network and Barclays Bank will be the first issuer    

    •
