DHS Releases Mt. Gox Seizure Details

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has revealed that it seized accounts worth roughly $2.9 million from Japan-based bitcoin exchange Mt. Gox in May, Finextra reported on August 20.

The finding was revealed in court documents filed in a Baltimore federal court. The paperwork indicates that the account belonged to Mutum Sigillum LLC, a U.S. subsidiary of Mt. Gox.
