EBay has announced that it purchased Seattle-based price-prediction startup Decide.com in an undisclosed deal, All Things D reported on September 6.
Under the terms, Decide.com will shut down at the end of September. All of its employees will join eBay, where they will continue to report to former Decide.com CEO Mike Fridgen.
