Fab CEO Jason Goldberg said his company will now offer free returns, free shipping and price matching as part of its Smile Guarantee program, an email from the New York-based eCommerce player indicated on August 13.
Free shipping will now be available on orders of $50 or more and for orders that take more than five days to ship. The new features are the result of a customer survey.
