CloudPay Bulks Up Executive Team

CloudPay, the cloud-powered global payroll services provider, is reshaping its sales strategy with a new appointment in its leadership team.

The latest to join is Brian J. Radin, who will now be working as the chief revenue officer (CRO), a newly created role at the Raleigh, North Carolina-based company. Radin also serves as the executive chairman of Trulify, an employment and income verification company.

“CloudPay is delivering innovation to the global payroll space, including introducing enhanced solutions and technology, as well as a suite of business analytics that will create significant value for its multinational customers,” said Radin. “I am excited to join such a forward-thinking company in the midst of robust expansion, and I look forward to contributing to the strategies that lead to sustainable growth and continued success.”

Earlier in his career, Radin served as the president and CEO of GlobalPay, Inc., where he built the company’s venture-backed, SaaS international payroll business. Prior to joining CloudPay, Radin served as a senior strategic consultant for Aon Hewitt’s M&A solutions division, advising Fortune 500 companies on a broad set of strategic and operational issues, according to a CloudPay press release.

“Throughout his extensive career, Brian has demonstrated proven success in creating unique business models, optimizing business processes, developing innovative strategies to facilitate revenue growth and generating traction in competitive markets,” said Andrew Pearson, co-CEO of CloudPay. “As CloudPay continues to innovate and expand its global presence, Brian’s expertise will be crucial in aligning our various initiatives and ensuring optimal performance. We are thrilled to welcome him to the CRO role and confident that his experience driving business success will be crucial to our continued growth and profitability.”

Radin’s appointment comes after the company hired Gareth Hughes as its new chief technology officer in February of this year.
