Chase Ranks High For Small Business Satisfaction In J.D. Power Study

Chase announced Thursday (Oct. 27) it ranked highest in customer satisfaction among small business owners in the South and West regions, according to the 2016 J.D. Power study released today.

In a press release, Chase said it is the fourth year in a row that Chase has earned the top ranking in the West. “These J.D. Power rankings reflect that business owners really like doing business with us,” Jenn Piepszak, CEO of Chase Business Banking, said in the press release. “We make it easy for them to manage their day-to-day finances so they can focus on building their businesses and fulfilling their visions with passion and confidence.”

The bank ranked highest among thousands of small business respondents in the West including in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. In the South, it got kudos in Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia. Chase also ranked third in Midwest states Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota and Wisconsin. It was ranked third in the Northeast, including in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Vermont.

Chase for Business serves more than 4 million small businesses nationwide at every stage of growth, including providing more than $19 billion in funding in each of the last four years. The bank recently announced a third year of sponsorship for Startup Week in six cities across the United States, as well as a $75 million commitment to increase access to capital and resources over three years to women, minority and veteran-owned small businesses through its Small Business Forward program.
