TSYS Healthcare announced today that Mark O’Leary, senior vice president of business development, will speak about payments fraud at the Managed Healthcare Business Forum. Joining Mr. O'Leary will be Jill Kelly, senior vice president for the Healthcare division at The Bancorp Bank, one of the top six Health Savings Account (HSA) providers in the nation.
