As Isaac moves northward, Chase will re-open most of its 51 branches in the New Orleans and Houma area on Friday. The bank also will re-open most or all of its 32 branches in Baton Rouge and 29 branches in Acadiana.
“Chase is committed to helping our customers recover from the storm,” said Pam Evans, manager of the 156 Chase branches across the state. “Our employees will go the extra mile to help customers with storm-related problems.”
Chase will increase staffing and offer extended branch hours at key branches in severely affected areas. Please visit chase.com and check https://locator.chase.com/ for details on the branches near you.
Chase is extending its waiver on ATM, overdraft and late fees through the Labor Day weekend for Louisiana and Mississippi customers. Customers in these states will have until the end of business on Tuesday to make a deposit or a payment to bring their account current and avoid the fees.
Customers should call Chase at 1-888-356-0023 or call their personal banker if they are unable to access funds or need help with other services. Chase employees are calling customers in the hardest hit areas to see how the bank can help, Evans said.
Chase has 156 branches and 4,500 employees in Louisiana.
