John Feldman of clearXchange to headline EastPay conference

With a focus on electronic payments, EastPay’s Information Interchange 2013 is a conference that provides attendees with the strategies to maximize business efficiencies, improve payment processes, reduce risk, and increase client satisfaction. To be held February 12 - 14 at the Sheraton Lake Buena Vista Resort in Orlando, this long-standing payments industry conference targets payments professionals from financial institutions as well as corporations and government entities. The theme of the 2013 conference is “Hitting the Moving Targets of Payments.”

Areas of focus for the conference, which is sponsored by Digital Transactions and NACHA – The Electronic Payments Association, are reflected in the session tracks: Operations and Technology, Risk and Compliance, and Treasury Management. Attendees will increase their critical understanding of electronic payment applications, their real-world use, the inherent risks, and the unique benefits. Informal networking opportunities with peers, industry expert speakers, and exhibiting solution providers enrich the educational experience.

The keynote speakers are John Feldman, General Manager, clearXchange; Terence Roche, Co-Founder, Cornerstone Advisors, Inc.; Tim Quinlan, Economist, Wells Fargo Securities; and Rich Oliver, retired EVP from the Federal Reserve Bank. Other featured speakers include Peter Glyman, Geezeo; Paul Carrubba, Adams and Reese; and Bill Nelson, FS-ISAC, recently named a "Top 10 Influencer" in financial information security by Bank Info Security.

Attendees can earn up to 15.3 Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) continuing education credits. The conference is also approved for up to 15.3 CTP/CCM recertification credits by the Association for Financial Professionals.

The Early Bird registration fee is $425 through January 12, 2013. After 1/12/13 the registration fee is $475. An additional $50 discount is available to registrants that have attained the Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification.
