KXEN, the leading provider of predictive analytics for business users, today announced its customer AAA, the motor club and leisure travel organization serving North America, has been recognized as a silver winner in the Gartner and 1to1 Media CRM Excellence Awards in the category for Customer Analytics.
Leveraging KXEN’s InfiniteInsight®, AAA was able to build a predictive analytics program that supports increased product use and renewal rates per household along with sustained high member satisfaction. As a result, AAA is able to propose and optimize highly targeted offers to increase engagement and ultimately drive higher retention rates for its motor clubs.

Using KXEN, AAA manages numerous models for their travel, insurance, financial services and membership product lines, analyzing more than 2,500 customer attributes, including member information, automotive and travel transactions, store level retail transactions, aggregated partner transactions and third-party market demographic data. While this depth of data may traditionally require weeks or months to build predictive models, KXEN’s automated approach allows AAA’s team of marketing analysts to optimize club cross-sell, acquisition and retention campaigns in days.
