Kevin Liles of KWL Enterprises and Neil Goldberg of Handmade Mobile Entertainment announced the official launch of Trey Songz’ personal social network, The Angel Network. The app provides Trey something he has not been able to find with other social platforms: authentic engagement with his fans. With Trey’s 20 million-plus followers across varied social platforms, the app allows for a ‘personal’ social network, where like-minded fans can engage directly with Trey and their community. In addition, the social network provides opportunities to share content across other socials without ever leaving the app.
“The fan club experience needs reinvention and Handmade Mobile provides us with the ability to create an engaging and intimate experience,” said Kevin Liles, Trey Songz’ manager and CEO of KWL Enterprises.
“We’re delighted that KWL and Trey Songz share our vision to bring measurable engagement and authenticity to social platforms,” said Neil Goldberg, CEO of Handmade Mobile Entertainment.
“I’m blessed to have an incredible and loyal community of fans. What Handmade Mobile has provided is a more direct path to reach them,” said Trey Songz. “Through Facebook, Twitter, Ustream and my fan pages, I’ve consistently experimented with ways of getting closer to my community. The development of The Angel Network with Handmade gives me the opportunity to connect with them more directly and for them to share their experiences, stories, and passion with each other.”
