(“Lithy”) Awards. The 2013 Lithy winners, announced at the company’s
Network Conference (LiNC) 2013, were selected from more than 50
entries—a new record—by some of the world’s largest brands across seven
categories of social customer experience excellence.
The Lithy awards recognize excellence in using the Lithium Social
Customer Experience Platform™ to engage customers on an entirely new
level to solve problems, create new products and innovate to create
true, measurable business value.

For the second year running, Lithium’s LiNC conference included onsite
Community Manager and Social Strategy workshops that certified nearly
100 practitioners and strategists who are serious about social. So far,
Lithium has certified 330 community managers worldwide.
