Datacard Group, the world leader in secure ID and card personalization solutions, announced today that Rusty Carpenter, vice president of Retail Instant Issuance and Mobile Commerce for Datacard Group, will be presenting at the PayExpo 2013 conference at ExCeL London, June 18-19, 2013.
The conference will highlight the convergence of the payments market and showcase the latest mobile payment technologies along with case studies and examples of how leading global organizations are differentiating their brands.
Carpenter will present, “Moving from traditional channels to mWallets: critical success factors for mCommerce,” on Tuesday, June 18th as part of the Mobile Wallet track. He will outline how mCommerce—the integration of mobile payment, marketing, loyalty and merchandising on a single consumer platform—can help organizations differentiate themselves and ultimately make money.
“As the industry evolves, one thing is for sure – mobile commerce is becoming a reality; and many organizations are now asking themselves how mobile wallets can play into the overall mobile commerce experience,” said Carpenter. “We will discuss the challenges and opportunities of implementing a mCommerce business model, as well as how to accelerate the deployment and commercial success for issuers and consumers.”
