CFPB’s No. 2 Official, Raj Date, To Leave Agency

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s No. 2 officer, Raj Date, is planning on leaving the agency on Jan. 31, 2013, reports the Wall Street Journal.

Raj, who had previous experience at Deutsche Bank, took on a major role in the CFPB’s mortgage rule-writing projects.
