Obama Signs CFPB Information, ATM Fee Disclosure Bills

President Barack Obama has signed into law two banking bills concerning ATM disclosure fees and information provided to the CFPB, reports American Banker.

One bill does away with the necessity of physical warnings on ATM machines after a slew of frivolous lawsuits, while another protects the information that banks must supply to the CFPB.
