CFPB Finalizes Asset-Size Exemption Regulation

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has finalized its ruling to adjust asset-size exemption under Regulation C, of the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act.

For banks saving associations and credit unions the asset-size exemption will increase to $42 million, reports BankCreditNews.com.
