Visa Receives Open Letter About Possible Durbin Violations

Visa has received an open letter from the Federal Trade Commission inquiring about information that the payments giant may have violated the Durbin amendment, reports Bloomberg.

Visa said they are cooperating with the U.S., and that the violations in question may have come from its PIN Debit Gateway Service.
