John Barbella, a senior vice president with The Bancorp, thinks the fee environment surrounding prepaid and reloadable cards has improved significantly over the past few years, according to American Banker.
“It’s gotten so much better than it was three or four years ago,” Barbella said on a panel at this year’s Card Forum and Expo.
