Uber Debuts Sobriety Tests, Fee Awareness For New Year’s Eve

Uber is looking to avoid last year’s surge pricing controversy by rolling out sobriety tests and fee awareness alerts.

The eHailing company will require users to accept fare multiplication before finalizing a booking with its iOS app, according to TechCrunch.
