CrowdSavings, Half Off Depot Combine To Form nCrowd

Daily deals company Half Off Depot has acquired CrowdSavings for $6.4 million as the two plan to merge and rebrand as nCrowd, reports All Things D.

The two companies represent a total of 19 combined acquisitions, as CrowdSavings has purchased 15 companies itself over the past few years. As a combined entity, nCrowd will build off of a base of 2 million registered users from 18 different markets.
