Cybercrime Arrest in UK Regarding Tilon Banking Case

Police Central Ecrime Unit (PCeU) and the Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA) make an arrest early March 19 in South Croydon for a man charged with conspiracy to defraud and drug offenses, according to Finextra.

The man’s arrest is linked with an ongoing investigation, known as “Tilon.” Police have been investigating “Tilon” as the possible distribution of banking software that is used to steal personal details from banking systems to make fraudulent transactions.

The man who has been arrested is currently in custody at a police station in south London. The police have taken the man’s digital media and personal computers for examination.
