Facebook Begins Testing “Buy Tickets” Link In Israel, Netherlands

Social network giant Facebook has begun to test a “Buy Tickets” feature for its users in Israel and the Netherlands, reports TheNextWeb.

The “Buy Tickets” buttons seen added to some events currently only link off to third-party sites and can be found as an option both on Event pages and Event invites. Facebook could decide to process the payments itself in the future, perhaps tying into its Gifts platform.
