Online Shopping Grows 128% In India

Recent statistics have revealed that Indian shoppers have embraced the online channel, with online sales jumping 128% in the 2011-2012 period. Key drivers include cashback schemes, cash on delivery, faster delivery and discount offers. The report also showed that 30 of all transactions were being carried out through mobile devices.
