Paydiant To Showcase New Mobile Wallet Service For Restaurants At IP2013

Paydiant, a provider of a cloud-based mobile wallet and offer redemption platform, will demo its recently announced Pay-at-the-Table solution at the Innovation Project 2013. Paydiant partnered with Menusoft to integrate the Paydiant mobile wallet solution into Menusoft’s Digital Dining restaurant management and point-of-sale (POS) software system. Menusoft’s 50,000 Digital Dining customers can now enable pay-at-the-counter, pay-at-the-tablet/handheld and pay-at-the-table mobile wallet capabilities, along with targeted mobile offers and offer redemption, branded and configured to meet the needs of each restaurant customer.

“Mobile wallet capabilities add tremendous value in speed, convenience and security for restaurateurs and retailers, as well as for their guests,” said Chris Gardner, co-founder of Paydiant.

In addition to the Pay-at-the-Table offering, Paydiant will also demo the latest in mobile cash access technology that uses a mobile smartphone app to access an ATM. The software-only approach – no hardware or NFC required – enables banks to use their mobile banking app to open up their ATM and provide cash access and a whole host of other advanced functionalities to customers.

Gardner will also participate on a panel at IP2013 on innovations in payments titled “The Architecture of Innovation: How Big Companies Can Innovate Like Little Companies.”
