Payelp Global, QIWI Join Forces For Qiwi Virtual Visa Service

Payelp Global and QIWI have teamed up to offer the Qiwi Virtual Visa to eCommerce merchants, reports The Paypers.

The virtual card stores all information online and can be used in Russia, Ukraine, India, Greece and several former Soviet Republics.
