Samsung’s mobile wallet application is now available for purchase on Google Play, Engadget reported on August 9.

The app will only be downloadable on Samsung devices such as the Galaxy S4, Galaxy S3 and Note 2, according to Android Police. The app functions similarly to Apple’s Passbook and does not include NFC capabilities.

The Next Web reported that this is just step one in a larger rollout of the service in the United States and abroad. For more on Samsung’s wallet strategy, read the full report here.
